Ways to Alkalize. A Simple Checklist!

Alkalizing the body helps maintain a balanced pH level, which leads to reduced inflammation, improved energy, supports immune function, and prevents chronic diseases.
The body naturally regulates pH tightly, so extreme diets aren't medically necessary for most people, however these few tips help to keep the body in a balanced state:
Reduce sugar and caffeine intake.
Maximize eating dark green leafy vegetables.
Stay hydrated, and add fresh lemon juice to your water.
Ensure adequate intake of minerals.
Supplement with sea algae such as Spirulina.
An alkaline diet focuses on eating foods that are believed to promote a more alkaline (less acidic) environment in the body. It emphasizes whole, plant-based foods and limits processed, sugary, and animal-based products.
